KTM has released a new entry-level bike, the 160 Duke, in India. Priced at Rs 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom), it competes with the Yamaha MT-15 and TVS Apache RTR 160 4V. A fully-faired version, the RC160, is also planned for release soon.

Engine Details
The KTM 160 Duke has a 164.2-cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. It delivers 19 horsepower at 9,500 rpm and 15.5 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm. The engine is connected to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch.
Hardware Features
The bike has 17-inch wheels with tubeless tires. It uses WP upside-down forks (138 mm travel) in the front and a mono-linkage suspension (161 mm travel) at the back. It comes with Brembo dual-channel ABS, a 320 mm front disc brake, and a 230 mm rear disc brake. The bike has a steel trellis frame, all-LED lights, a 1,357 mm wheelbase, and a 10.1-liter fuel tank.
Other Features
The 160 Duke comes in three colors: Electronic Orange, Atlantic Blue, and Silver Metallic Matte. It has a 5-inch LCD display with mobile connectivity and navigation. The bike weighs 147 kg and has a seat height of 815 mm.
